About
Retro Dev Player Support is a Discord server made for reporting players/bugs in-game and appealing punishments on Retro Dev's Discord server. You are able to create a ticket that will be reviewed by Administrators and/or Developers. On March 30th, 2025, the support server was down for three hours to implement a modmail system, which allowed for real-time, direct communication with moderators instead of simple appeals.

Rules
By joining this server, you are only there to report bugs or problems/players with RetroStudio, aswell as appeal bans on the Discord and/or the game. Please follow that you do not abuse modmail. You will get support blacklisted, meaning you can no longer use the service going forward, and depending on the severity of the abuse, you may get banned from RetroStudio or a strike in the Retro Dev Discord server.
When an appeal is finished, RetroBot will give you a strike. This does not go towards the 3 strike system, or give any punishment, but just to let the staff team know you were once banned.

Trivia
- There was an older version of the server but was only used for appealing bans.
- Player and bug reports were originally in the Retro Dev Discord server. This has not been the case for a while for organizational purposes, hence the Player Support Server.
- On April 23rd, 2023, many users realized that it was possible to make threads in the #verification channel, which resulted in thread spam.
- Fanboy and Cristiano made a deal for his friend to be on the server while Fanboy would be unbanned.
- It lasted for 10 minutes probably.
